David La was born in San Francisco, California and raised in Toronto, Ontario.
In May 2011, he earned his BFA in Digital Media from Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, CA.
David began working as a freelance designer for motion graphics studios in Los Angeles such as Brand New School and Blind. He has worked on projects for Virgin Airlines, Cascade, Walmart, and BBC.
His contribution has varied from visual development, matte painting, mood and style frames along with color boards and composition correction. In his spare time, David travels and sketch whenever he has the chance. He is currently living in San Francisco, CA
